- STEP / ATT / CTA or similar qualifications (or working towards them) are very desirable.
- Strong commercial sense: you should be punctual with billing, able to manage fees and WIP, and motivated by contributing to the growth of the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers (e.g. accountants, wealth managers), colleagues across departments, and external professionals.
