Location: Nottingham An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing Corporate team in Nottingham.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate work, advising a diverse client base from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to investors and larger organisations.
The Role You will advise on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships and play an active role in business development while benefiting from ongoing support and career progression opportunities.
