A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate or Commercial Partner to take the next step as Head of Corporate & Commercial at a respected, progressive firm in Nottingham. This is a key leadership role, combining high-quality client work with responsibility for managing and developing both the Corporate and Commercial teams. You'll need strong discipline and capability across both areas to lead effectively and drive performance.
The Role
- Lead and develop the Corporate & Commercial department
- Maintain and grow a high-quality caseload (M&A, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, business advisory work)
- Drive team strategy, performance, and business development
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Provide disciplined oversight across both Corporate and Commercial workflows
