This is a key leadership role, combining high-quality client work with responsibility for managing and developing both the Corporate and Commercial teams. The Role
- Lead and develop the Corporate & Commercial department
- Maintain and grow a high-quality caseload (M&A, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, business advisory work)
- Drive team strategy, performance, and business development
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Provide disciplined oversight across both Corporate and Commercial workflows
