A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive law firm based in Newark.

This role is ideally suited to a solicitor who enjoys managing a varied caseload while working closely with an experienced Partner.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to run their own matters alongside supporting the wider litigation team on more complex cases.

The firm is open to both part-time and full-time applicants and offers a friendly, collaborative working environment with genuine opportunities for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

You will manage a broad and varied caseload across a range of litigation matters, including:

  • Civil litigation
  • Commercial litigation
  • Employment disputes
  • Property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters
  • Contentious probate

Alongside managing your own files, you will also provide support to the Partner on more complex matters where required.

Qualifications

To be considered, you will have

  • A minimum of 4 years' PQE (or equivalent litigation experience).
  • Experience managing your own litigation caseload.
  • Strong technical knowledge across one or more of the above practice areas.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
