Who We\'re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 4+ years\' PQE, or a fee earner with comparable experience in personal injury.
- Strong skills in advocacy, negotiation, communication, organisation, IT, and litigation.
- A client‑centred mindset and a drive to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Someone confident managing a mixed caseload.
- An individual keen to help expand the firm\'s personal injury offering.
