Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, and day-to-day HR matters
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
  • Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies
  • Preparing and negotiating settlement agreements
  • Supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters
  • Playing a role in client development and firm growth
