The team is particularly interested in lawyers with experience across:

- TLBs, super senior RCFs and unitranche structures
- Cross-border sponsor-backed transactions
- Direct lending and private credit financings
Ideal candidates will come from leading US, Magic Circle or top international finance practices and have strong exposure to sophisticated leveraged finance transactions in London or other major financial centres.
