Residential Conveyancer- Lincoln- Hybrid About the Opportunity An established and respected legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team.

The successful candidate will be confident handling residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Key responsibilities include: Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post‑completion.

Providing clear, professional advice and regular updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Preparing contracts and legal documentation.

Ordering and reviewing searches.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.

Handling exchanges, completions and all associated post‑completion formalities, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.

Responding promptly to enquiries and progressing matters efficiently.

Developing strong working relationships with local estate agents and introducers.

Identifying opportunities to refer clients to other legal services where appropriate.

Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of legal advice and client service.

Generate new business and build long‑term client relationships.

Meet agreed fee income and performance targets.

Keep up to date with changes in conveyancing legislation, regulations and best practice.

Maintain compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements and risk management procedures.

Accurately record time and manage files using the firm’s case management system.
