A well-established, claimant-focused law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join its highly regarded employment team based in Leeds.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload advising and representing trade union members, professional association members and private individuals across the full spectrum of employment law, from initial advice through to tribunal and court litigation. The work covers a broad range of sectors including public sector, transport, manufacturing, education, healthcare, sport and the creative industries, with exposure to clients at all levels of seniority. This is a role offering genuine long-term progression within a supportive, values-driven environment, with structured training and development from experienced practitioners.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor (NQ+) or equivalent experience
- Background in employment law
