About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Family Solicitor
to join our well-established Leeds practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting clients through sensitive family matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
Divorce and separation
Financial settlements
Children matters and contact arrangements
Cohabitation issues
Domestic abuse cases
Provide clear, practical legal advice with a client-focused approach
Conduct advocacy where appropriate
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality serviceWork collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider department
Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (PQE level flexible)
Strong understanding of family law procedures and best practice
Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
Ability to manage your own caseload independently
Calm, empathetic, and professional approach to sensitive matters
A team player with strong organisational and time-management skills
