Overview

Vacancy: NQ – 5 PQE Solicitor – Personal Injury Department

Location: Bolton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: Competitive and negotiable, dependent on experience

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our busy and friendly team at our Newport Street office. We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors up to 5 years’ PQE. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of 150+ claimant Personal Injury files
  • Handling matters through the MOJ Portal
  • Dealing with RTA, Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases
  • Managing fast track and multi-track claims
  • Utilising the Proclaim Case Management System (experience desirable but not essential)

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
