Employment Partner / Senior Employment Solicitor Location: Huddersfield Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week The Opportunity We are working with a well-established and growing law firm looking to appoint an experienced Employment Partner or Senior Employment Solicitor to support the continued growth of its employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business. The Role You will advise businesses and individuals across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination and other employment disputes. Managing employment tribunal matters from initial advice through to hearing. Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and employment documentation.
