We are a prestigious, Top Tier Legal 500 firm, renowned for our commitment to delivering practical legal solutions with a personal touch. They have offices based in Greater Manchester and North West offering a full service of legal services for businesses and individuals.

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their dynamic Employment Team at either Partner or Senior Associate level . This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and success of the team.

You’ll have the flexibility to be based at any of our regional offices in North West and Greater Manchester.

The Role:

As a Senior Solicitor/Partner, you’ll be responsible for handling both Claimant and Respondent work, advising a diverse client base of employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

With your broad expertise across the sector, you will provide high-quality technical advice while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues, ensuring the team continues to deliver outstanding service to clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Senior Level or 8 PQE+ preferably
  • Extensive experience in Employment law, with a strong track record across both claimant and respondent matters
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client care and demonstrating technical expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
  • The ability to thrive as part of a team, contributing to the continued success and growth of the department
