Personal Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a busy Corporate & Banking legal team in Leicester.

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys supporting senior legal professionals and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The Role

Working closely with Partners and Fee Earners, you will provide proactive secretarial and administrative support, helping the team manage their workload efficiently and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Manage complex diaries, arrange meetings and coordinate events.
  • Take meeting minutes, monitor actions and follow up where required.
  • Handle client enquiries and act as a professional first point of contact.
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Assist with printing, scanning and document management.
  • Support business development activities and event coordination.
  • Help manage fee earner inboxes, prioritising urgent matters where appropriate.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks and projects as required.

About You

  • Previous PA or Legal Secretary experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work using initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, discreet and confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
