Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a full service legal 500 client of ours in their search for a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their well established team in their Tamworth office. Our client is a Legal 500 firm with the ability to aid in the growth and development of more junior Corporate Solicitors as they look to continue to develop and become the best corporate solicitor they can be.
The ideal candidate would be a minimum of 3 years PQE and have prior experience working on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate disposals & exits
- Equity capital markets transactions
