An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established and forward-thinking legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-value corporate transactions and will be keen to further develop their technical expertise, lead on cases, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

You will work on a broad range of quality corporate and commercial matters, taking responsibility for your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team. Regular use of a car will be advantageous due to client meeting locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, including share purchases, asset purchases, and MBOs.
  • Drafting and negotiating Joint Venture, Distributor, Agency, and Franchise Agreements.
  • Preparing and reviewing Partnership and Shareholder Agreements.
  • Advising on Company and LLP formation and compliance.
  • Drafting terms and conditions and advising on e-commerce and financial services matters.
  • Supporting clients with related issues involving employment, intellectual property, and commercial property where required.
About You
  • 3+ years PQE with relevant corporate/commercial experience.
  • A proactive and confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused with a commercial mindset and the ability to manage complex transactions.
  • A team player who demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and approachability.
