We're looking for an ambitious paralegal to join our clients Contentious Trusts and Probate team. The team is known for its depth and breadth of expertise, serving a wide and diverse client base across the UK. The role offers long term career progression in a highly sought after area of law. Paralegals with litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
The Role:
- Attending client meetings and preparing accurate notes
- Drafting legal correspondence and documents
- Preparing instructions for Counsel
- Compiling and organising Court bundles
- Communicating with clients, opposing parties, Counsel, and expert witnesses
You will also be encouraged to attend both internal and external networking and business development events to represent the firm, the team, and yourself - helping to build relationships and attract new work.
