Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a growing multi-disciplinary client of ours in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work in their busy team in Stourbridge.
About the Role:
Our client is looking to bring on board an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who would need minimal to no assistance from their start date in order to elevate the growing caseload that is currently coming into the firm. This role will see you working alongside a senior Partner in the team and assisting them on their caseload, whilst you having the time and ability to conduct further client meetings and business development once you are settled.
Some of your day to day duties will include:
- Converting internal referred work.
- Conducting and attending business development meetings and functions.
- Handling and advising clients on a variety of Commercial Property matters ranging from:
- Site acquisition
- Purchase, development and sale agreements
- Joint ventures
- Pre-letting agreements
About You:
- You will ideally have 5 years post qualified experience working in Conveyancing and Commercial Property departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with potentially a team leading background.
- A working knowledge of the local area.
