An award-winning commercial law firm with a nationally recognised litigation team is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE. This opportunity offers a chance to work on complex, high-value disputes for a broad client base that includes corporates, owner-managed businesses, and public sector bodies across the UK.

The OpportunityYou'll be involved in a wide range of commercial disputes, including:
– Contractual and shareholder disputes
– Professional negligence claims
– Director and partnership disputes
– Supply chain and commercial contract issues
– Pre-litigation advice, negotiation and mediation
– Assisting with High Court litigation and ADR processes
– You'll have the opportunity to take the lead on cases and work closely with Partners and clients from day one.
About YouWe're looking for a solicitor with:
– 3-6 years' post-qualified experience in commercial litigation
– Strong drafting and negotiation skills
– Ability to manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision
– A proactive, solutions-focused approach
– Excellent communication and client relationship skills
– Interest in business development and mentoring junior team members
– Experience with clients in sectors such as tech, property, manufacturing, or charities would be an advantage but is not essential.
