I’m currently speaking with a top-tier US firm in London looking to engage with high-calibre Private Funds Associates (c.3–6 PQE). This sits within a growing funds team advising leading private equity sponsors, credit funds and institutional investors on complex, cross-border matters.
The role will involve:
- Advising on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds (PE, private credit, infrastructure)
- Working closely with sponsors on fundraisings, LP negotiations and investor side queries
- Exposure to secondaries transactions, including GP-led restructurings and continuation vehicles
- Supporting on co-investments, separately managed accounts and carried interest arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating core documentation (LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements)
- Direct interaction with clients, taking ownership of workstreams on active mandates
- Collaborating with finance, tax and regulatory teams on multi-jurisdictional matters
