A well-established North West law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy and friendly Conveyancing Department in Chester. This is a client-facing role offering a varied workload and the opportunity to support fee earners on a wide range of residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, friendly service to clients at all times
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties via phone and email
- Assist clients with procedural queries
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and emails on behalf of the fee earner
- Maintain fee earner diaries and take messages
- Open new files and complete standard onboarding documentation
- Support with the use of the case management system
- Process client payments and assist with online banking transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience within a conveyancing role is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
