We are currently working with a highly regarded North West law firm looking to appoint a Corporate Partner into its growing team. This is an opportunity to join an established and well-performing corporate practice with a strong regional reputation, high quality work, and a genuinely collaborative culture.

The team advises a broad range of SME, owner-managed and entrepreneurial businesses on matters including:

  • M&A transactions
  • Investments and shareholder arrangements
  • Group restructures and reorganisations
  • Succession planning and ownership transitions
  • Partnership/LLP matters
  • Corporate governance and advisory work
  • Banking and security arrangements
  • Employee ownership and alternative ownership structures

The successful individual will play a key role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the team, working closely with senior leadership whilst also mentoring junior lawyers. The firm is keen to speak with established Corporate Partners or senior lawyers operating at Partner level from respected regional or national firms. A portable following is not essential, however strong market relationships and a commercial approach to business development are important.
