We are recruiting for a Personal Injury Litigator to join a well-established claimant personal injury team, handling a varied caseload with a strong focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, alongside some Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) matters. This role is ideal for an NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner seeking high-quality work, flexible working arrangements, and genuine career progression.
The role:
- You will manage your own claimant personal injury caseload, with a particular focus on RTA litigation, supported by an experienced team.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing RTA claims from instruction through to settlement or trial
- Handling a caseload of Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims
- Working within the MOJ Portal and OIC Portal
- Conducting liability investigations and quantum assessments
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement offers
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and defendant solicitors
- Providing excellent client care and case progression
Candidate Requirements
