An established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous residential conveyancing experience who is looking to join a supportive firm that offers genuine career progression, ongoing training and a great benefits package.

The Role

Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
  • Completing Land Registry applications and post-completion work.
  • Opening and closing files, carrying out searches and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Providing excellent client service throughout the transaction.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Residential Property Paralegal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively within a team.
