This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence lawyer to handle a high-quality caseload, with a particular focus on higher value and complex birth injury litigation , alongside a broad range of complex clinical negligence matters. The role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing technically challenging cases and who is also keen to take on a mentoring and coaching role within the team. The Role You will: Manage a caseload of complex and higher value clinical negligence claims, including significant birth injury litigation.
