Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our dedicated team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning services.

The role:

Working alongside our advisers, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, undertaking technical research, and helping ensure that our advice is compliant, client-focused, and actionable. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys being part of a close-knit team that values quality over quantity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IFAs to build tailored financial plans based on client needs and objectives
  • Produce clear, compliant, and well-structured suitability reports
  • Conduct in-depth product and provider research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
  • Liaise with clients and providers to gather necessary documentation and data
  • Stay current with regulatory and industry changes, ensuring advice remains compliant
  • Cash flow modelling and use of financial planning tools
  • Attend initial meetings with our Independent Financial Advisers

Essential requirements:

  • Certificate in Paraplanning qualification or higher
  • Experience in paraplanning within an IFA environment
  • Strong knowledge of investment, pension, and protection products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable using back-office systems and financial planning software
