We're looking for a QS Lead to drive the commercial performance of their projects and shape the long-term success of the business. You'll take ownership of commercial governance, contract management, financial control, and risk mitigation across a portfolio of NEC3/NEC4-driven projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth. You'll manage and develop a Commercial Assistant while shaping commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and contract management across NEC3/NEC4 projects
- Produce accurate forecasts, cashflows, cost-to-complete and commercial reporting
- Manage variations, claims, compensation events and contractual negotiations
- Monitor financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Drive cash collection and ensure strong commercial governance
- Improve commercial processes and ensure consistent standards
- Mentor and oversee a Commercial Assistant
- Support commercial strategy, market analysis, and business development
