You will take ownership of commercial governance, contract management, financial control, and risk mitigation across a portfolio of NEC3/NEC4-driven projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth.
You will manage and develop a Commercial Assistant while shaping commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting market expansion.
- Lead commercial and contract management across NEC3/NEC4 projects
- Produce accurate forecasts, cashflows, cost-to-complete and commercial reporting
- Manage variations, claims, compensation events and contractual negotiations
