We are looking for a reliable and professional Site Attendant to support the day-to-day operation, upkeep and presentation of a growing portfolio of power generation and energy storage sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with electrical training or early engineering experience who wants to build a long-term career in the energy sector, with the chance to progress into a more technical operations role.
The Role
- Carrying out routine site maintenance and general engineering duties
- Supporting site inspections and audits
- Assisting with minor repairs, basic maintenance tasks, and equipment movement/setup
- Monitoring site cleanliness, security, and essential supplies
- Reporting defects, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
- Supporting access for staff, visitors, contractors, utility personnel, and deliveries
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with the operations team, with training provided to support future progression
What we're looking for
- Electrical training or a qualification in an electrical discipline
- Previous experience in electrical engineering, installation, or maintenance is desirable
- Ability to carry out practical tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good awareness of health and safety in a working environment
