The Technical Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce skills, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support production excellence. This role leads the planning and execution of technical training initiatives for operations personnel, ensuring that the organization maintains a highly skilled, certified, and safety-conscious workforce.
Job Specific Education Required:
- Qualified in a skilled discipline such as Engineering, Welding, R&I etc. with significant field experience.
- Proven experience in providing training, coaching, or teaching technical skills to specified schedule and budget.
- Certifications such as CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management), CIPD.
- Instructional Design credentials or assessor or verification qualifications.
- Previous experience in having accredited training programs.
