ABOUT

Our Client is an exciting energy and process company. They are seeking to appoint a highly experienced hands-on Group Operations Manager to provide senior operational leadership across producing and non-producing assets.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, site-based operational leadership role for a technically credible leader who can combine strong operational oversight with effective people leadership and a disciplined approach to continuous improvement. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high operating standards, strengthening team capability, supporting incident response, and driving performance improvement across the operational function. This person must have a technical hands-on background on operational sites and proven experience in small-team environments.
