Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef at the Gailes hotel Irvine, The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high food quality and presentation, training kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Additional responsibilities include menu planning, managing food costs, and collaborating with front-of-house staff to deliver the best dining experience.

Qualifications
- Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Experience in kitchen management and staff training
- Menu planning and food cost management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean work environment
- Relevant culinary education and proven experience as a Head Chef
