In this unique development role, you will split your time between ensuring our real-time logistics operations run smoothly and supporting Global IT infrastructure projects across the UK, US, AU and NZ. This position is a pathway designed to evolve into a full-time IT Support Administrator role as you master our systems.
Location: Leeds LS15, on-site.
What You'll Do
- Stock & Logistics (Primary Focus):
- Configure & Dispatch: Use local and over-the-air tools to configure devices, ensuring they are tested and ready for immediate customer use.
- Inventory Control: Manage the flow of goods - inspecting deliveries, executing daily dispatches and investigating discrepancies.
- Stock Integrity: Maintain a safe, organised stockroom and conduct monthly stock takes to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Global Infrastructure: Assist the Global IT Team with infrastructure rollouts, system improvements and compliance audits across international offices.
- Technical Onboarding: Build Simpro Group profiles, assemble hardware and prepare IT starter packs to ensure a smooth start for new employees worldwide.
- System Admin: Support Salesforce administration tasks, data analysis and global asset tracking.
