The GTM Enablement Program Manager is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, results-driven training and enablement activities to increase speed-to-productivity and overall effectiveness of the GTM organization. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Vice President of GTM Enablement, and have global responsibility across the GTM Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams. The GTM Enablement Program Manager will have an immediate and dynamic impact on both the team and Simpro Group through the work created and executed.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, execute and manage Solution and/or Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for both Sales and Customer Success roles.
  • Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the GTM organization.
  • Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology within GTM and develop skills needed within the sales process stages and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs.
  • Support GTM Enablement Leadership in carrying out various enablement live events, such as annual GTM Kickoff, new hire trainings, mid-year training events.
  • Develop and assess performance metrics and translate information into actionable, easy to understand insights.
  • Own additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves.
