Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their existing team based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
Salary & Working Hours:
Hours to be discussed. PAYE with a starting salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum pro rata.
Responsibilities:
- HR process control including monitoring recruitment, onboarding, absence, disciplinary and payroll processes (No HR knowledge needed, full training given)
- Maintaining HR records and systems
- Ensuring company policies are followed
- Supporting managers with HR
- General office admin
Requirements:
- Confident in dealing with issues
- Self managing
- Organisational abilities
- Able to work from our Shepton Mallet depot
