The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimising Simpro Group’s suite of Salesforce services and ensuring seamless integration with connected systems. This role is critical for managing the daily health and performance of our Salesforce platform, providing essential user support and system maintenance to ensure operational continuity and data integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Perform administration, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, incident management and system updates.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
- Implementation and management of third‑party systems, APIs, and AppExchange applications with Salesforce.
- Design and maintain actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders across departments.
- Automate business processes using declarative tools.
- Test and deploy new functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
- Support data imports, exports, and migrations while maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with team members located in various time zones to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- At least 3 years of Administrator experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
- Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, such as Flows and Validation Rules.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a global, cross‑functional environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid or remote work setting.
Preferred
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Knowledge of third‑party integrations & APIs.
- Experience working with international teams in different time zones.
- Exposure/experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, or Mulesoft.
- Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Salesforce development.
