The Installations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless end-to-end installation experience. Acting as the central point of contact between customers, field engineers and internal teams, you’ll take ownership of installations from initial scheduling through to successful completion. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same - balancing live schedules, proactively resolving issues and ensuring every job stays on track.
You’ll manage engineer bookings, monitor real-time dashboards, troubleshoot delays and swiftly reorganise failed or incomplete jobs. Alongside this, you’ll support commissioning activities, raise purchase orders and invoices, coordinate stock dispatch and keep systems accurately updated. You’ll also play a key part in delivering large-scale rollout projects, helping the business hit critical deadlines and performance targets.
Location: Leeds LS15, on-site.
What You’ll Do:
- Liaise with customers and engineers to agree suitable appointments.
- Schedule all work onto Engineers devices.
- Monitor active dashboard and schedules at all times.
- Proactively deal with any engineer lateness.
- Raising PO’s and invoices for jobs.
- Log and follow up on any failed jobs or re-visits.
- Reschedule any failed appointments or incomplete work.
- Request stock dispatches.
- Update system with relevant notes.
- Monitor large rollouts to ensure completion within specified target.
- Deal with all telephone installation enquiries.
- Manage Installations/bookings in a timely manner, ensuring deadlines/SLA’s are met.
- Ensure customer service is adhered to at all levels.

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience working in fast-paced customer service roles, ideally within the telematics/technology industry.
- Previous experience liaising with third party technicians and engineers and engaging in scheduling activities.
- Proficiency in Google suite of products.
- Confident using CRM, ERP, or job management systems to track progress and update records accurately.
- High attention to detail, particularly when raising purchase orders, invoices and updating job notes.
- Clear and professional communication skills when dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams.
