What You’ll Do
- Own delivery of seamless, high‑quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring every touchpoint drives a high‑performance culture.
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing clear, commercially minded guidance that enables managers to make confident, effective people decisions.
- Maintain robust, accurate people data and HR systems, leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data integrity.
- Support execution of people strategies by enabling workforce planning, organisational change, and talent processes that directly impact business performance.
