The Lead Salesforce & Systems Consultant will guide complex projects, mentor team members, and champion best practices in system design. What You’ll Do
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform and connected systems, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and business strategy.
- Technical Project Oversight: Lead the technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring solution integrity from design to deployment. Strategically oversee the allocation of build and configuration work, balancing tasks between partners, consultants, and administrators to ensure efficient delivery and team development.
- Team Mentorship & Coaching: Act as a technical and functional mentor to Consultants and Administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster team growth and elevate the quality of work.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, leading senior-level workshops, negotiating priorities, and translating complex business needs into technical specifications. Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the team on challenging technical or solution-related issues.
- Roadmap Contribution: Partner with the Director to contribute to the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications, identifying opportunities for innovation, improvement, and consolidation.
- Governance & Best Practices: Champion and enforce development standards, governance processes, documentation and best practices to ensure the long-term health, security, and scalability of the platform. Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to optimise business processes, improve system performance, and leverage new features to deliver value.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive hands-on experience in a senior consultant, business analyst, or architect role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level projects from discovery to delivery.
- Deep expertise in declarative configuration (Flows, Permissions), data modelling, and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Experience with connected systems (e.g., HubSpot, ERPs) and an understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Highly desirable certifications: Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, or other advanced credentials.
