As an AI Sales Executive, you drive adoption of Simpro Group's AI back-office solutions across our existing customer base. This is a closing role — not a prospecting grind. Most of your pipeline comes to you warm, handed off by Account Managers or triggered through marketing. Your job is to run tight, high-impact demos, connect our AI products to where a customer is losing margin today, and close. You'll also self-generate a significant portion of your pipeline through targeted outbound into our existing customer base. No cold outreach into net-new logos — just deeper penetration into accounts that already know and trust us.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive warm inbound leads from the Account Management team and marketing — the majority of your pipeline is already primed.
  • Run several demos per day with existing customers, moving deals through a short call cycle from first conversation to closed.
  • Carry and crush a defined adoption and expansion quota tied directly to customer margin improvement.
  • Close consistently and at volume — this role is built for multiple wins per week.
  • Connect our AI products directly to each customer's business — translating technology into the number they care about most: profit.
  • Handle every technical question and objection with confidence — you are the product authority in every conversation.
  • Know how our products integrate with each other and with the customer's existing technology stack.
  • Build and maintain deep mastery across the full portfolio — including new products and acquisitions the day they land.
  • Self-source a significant proportion of your pipeline through outbound into existing, non-managed accounts.
  • Build real relationships with trade business owners through the sales process — trust that turns a demo into a done deal.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and competition so you can out-position anyone in the market.
  • Bring the voice of the customer back to product, shaping the roadmap with frontline insight.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing in a short sales cycle.
  • Bold and technically credible — you earn a customer's respect in the first five minutes.
  • Comfortable running a high-volume demo environment with multiple deals at different stages.
  • Fired up by the idea of taking a business from surviving to thriving — you sell transformation, not software.
  • Strong command of Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Experience in SaaS, field service, or trades industries is advantageous.

What We Can Offer You

  • A generous annual leave entitlement plus a personal leave entitlement.
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 confidential support on relationships, bereavement, finances).
  • Life Insurance.
  • Company pension scheme, with an uncapped 5% employer contribution.
  • Generous Parental Leave Program.
  • Paid Volunteer Leave Days.
  • Public Holiday Exchange Scheme.
  • Talent Referral Programme – get rewarded for referring a friend to join our team!
  • Cyclescheme, a salary sacrifice to treat yourself to a bike & equipment.
  • Home & Tech Scheme, a salary sacrifice to treat yourself to some new tech.
  • A discounts and cash back scheme.
  • Casual dress and relaxed office environment.
  • Opportunities for career progression and development.
  • Diverse training & internal networking opportunities across all of our product lines.
  • Service recognition awards.
