What You’ll Do
- Own the delivery of seamless, high-quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring every touchpoint drives a high-performance culture.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, providing clear, commercially minded guidance that enables managers to make confident, effective people decisions.
- Maintain robust, accurate people data and HR systems, leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data integrity.
- Support the execution of people strategies by enabling workforce planning, organisational change, and talent processes that directly impact business performance.
- Drive the operational delivery of performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and reward processes, reinforcing accountability and high standards.
- Embed global HR frameworks with a pragmatic, locally relevant approach, ensuring consistency, compliance, and business alignment.
- Partner with managers on day-to-day employee matters, providing practical guidance and supporting early-stage employee relations cases, while escalating more complex issues.
- Translate HR data into meaningful insights, building dashboards and reporting that inform decisions, highlight trends, and unlock productivity.
- Continuously challenge and improve HR processes, using technology, automation, and AI to simplify workflows, increase speed, and scale impact.
- Build and maintain clear, scalable operating procedures that enable consistency, efficiency, and a best-in-class HR service.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or strong HR Administrator role within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges, balancing risk with business outcomes.
- Experience delivering end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle at pace and scale.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail; consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience operating in environments undergoing growth, transformation, or organisational change is highly desirable.
- Embraces technology, automation, and AI to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, with the ability to generate and interpret data, reports, and insights.
- Solid employment law knowledge, with the confidence to apply it in a practical, commercially aligned way.
- Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, building trusted, respectful, and effective working relationships across the organisation.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to partner with managers on day-to-day people matters.
