The Mission

As an Account Executive, Fintech, you drive adoption of Simpro Group's payment solutions across our customer base.

Your job is to drive customer adoption, influence the product road map, and shape processes that will scale Payment customer activation goals.

You'll also self-generate a portion of your pipeline through targeted outbound into existing accounts.

No cold outreach into net-new logos — just deeper penetration into accounts that already know and trust us.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Drive Adoption of Payments — At Volume Carry and crush a defined adoption quota tied directly to payment activation
  • Identify customer pain points, articulate key benefits, and upsell them to our payment solutions
  • Execute direct outreach to prospective customers, build deep trust, and drive payment adoption
  • Support the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value for the customer
  • Be the Payment Authority Connect our payment solutions directly to each customer's business — translating financial technology into the numbers they care about most: cash flow and profit
  • Serve as the internal and external champion for payment solutions, embedding sales-centric rigor to maximize customer adoption
  • Unearth payment opportunities, articulate the benefits, and demonstrate how our financial solutions integrate into the customer's existing workflows
  • Build and maintain deep mastery across our fintech portfolio — including new financial capabilities and acquisitions the day they land
  • Shape the Product & Scale the Business Work with leadership to bring frontline customer insights back to the team, helping guide product development and improve operational processes
  • Contribute directly to the strategy and execution required to expand our broader financial services business
  • Rigorously track and report on pipeline health and activity performance to ensure predictable growth

  • 5+ years of Fintech or Saa S sales experience with a proven track record of driving adoption and closing complex deals
  • Deep payment processing expertise, with demonstrable knowledge of local market needs and specialized payment requirements
  • Mastery of pipeline management & negotiation, with the skill to execute tight sales cycles both externally with customers and internally across stakeholders
  • Self-driven, proactive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create and capture opportunities
  • Agile mindset and continuous improvement, capable of delivering incremental value and adapting quickly as business needs evolve
  • Cross-functional alignment engine, with a proven ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams and drive unified execution
