Duration: 6 months

Shift and Schedule: 15-20 hours a week (depending on event schedule)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a pipeline-driven Field Marketing Manager to help amplify Simpplr’s presence and impact across the UK and EMEA. This 6-month contract role will focus on the execution of regional field and virtual programs, supporting sales alignment, brand awareness, and pipeline generation.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Including but not limited to:

  • Plan, execute, and support in-person and virtual events, including:
  • Gallagher Digital Experience (Nov 10–11)
  • Future of Work (Nov 25–26)
  • Communicate event plans and updates with the UK Sales team
  • Manage event logistics, onsite presence, and pre-/post-event coordination
  • Host and produce virtual programming through Goldcast
  • Draft and deliver follow-up SDR outreach sequences using Outreach.io
  • Report on event performance (registration, engagement, sourced pipeline, etc.)
  • Identify and propose opportunities in the local market for activation events, sponsorships and programs that will drive pipeline
  • Support and manage execution of approved initiatives
  • Collaborate regularly with the US-based Marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, execution, and campaign strategy

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg), as well as sit for extended periods of time. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting.
  • Push utility carts up to 27 kg
  • Must be open to travel

Your Skillset

  • Proficiency with Goldcast, Outreach.io, and Salesforce
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between £45 - £55 per hour, up to £18,650 over the next 6 months, with the opportunity to expand the contract or move to full-time, pending results. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
