Role
We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Call Centre Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist Duties.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls
- Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service
Requirements
We are ideally looking for applicants who have a solid background in customer services. Experience of working in Call Centre environments would be extremely useful, however, full training is provided, so if you don’t have this but do have exception communication skills and a history of strong customer service experience, we would still welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities

We have a wide range of clinicians offering a full range of dental treatments.
The Practices throughout the Group house the latest ‘state of the art’ equipment and, on an ongoing basis, the Group invests in newly developed technology. Hours : Minimum 32 to 39, Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 6, Fridays 8.30 to 5.
