Client Portfolio Lead – Simplyhealth

Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 per year (UK). Contract: Permanent. Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Role Overview

The Client Portfolio Lead owns and grows a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as a trusted partner in delivering exceptional wellbeing solutions and experiences.

This high‑impact role blends service excellence with commercial growth, working closely with sales, operations and product teams to turn insight into action and build meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships end‑to‑end, driving retention and ensuring every client feels valued, supported and inspired.
  • Shape wellbeing strategies and uncover growth opportunities within each corporate account.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Turn insights into actionable plans that positively impact client outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio performance and contribute to the group’s commercial objectives.
