Responsibilities include leading and delivering on marketing transformation, enhancing capability, structure and impact across the function. Building a high-performing engagement engine, driving stronger customer and member interaction across the lifecycle. Owning end-to-end demand generation, from lead identification through to qualification and performance tracking. Developing and executing integrated B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies. Embedding a data-led approach, including segmentation, performance marketing and robust reporting infrastructure. Acting as the connector between sales, product and marketing, translating product strategy into impactful go-to-market delivery. Strengthening the capability of the marketing team, providing clear direction and driving accountability for results. Leading across channels including events, CRM, ecommerce and martech platforms, ensuring alignment with broader digital and technology strategy.

We're now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead a critical transformation across our marketing function. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, with accountability for building a modern, data-driven marketing engine that delivers measurable growth across both our Health Plan and Denplan businesses. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we take our propositions to market - bringing together B2B, B2C and B2B2C strategies through strengthening engagement and creating a seamless connection between product, sales and marketing execution. This is a transformation-focused leadership role with ownership of marketing performance end-to-end. You'll be responsible for turning brand positioning and awareness into tangible commercial outcomes - from marketing qualified leads through to measurable growth.
