We’re looking for a Proposition Manager to shape and deliver standout propositions for our target customer, intermediary, and dental audiences, aligned to the Healthplan and Denplan portfolio. In this brand-new role, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our product growth strategies with powerful messaging and positioning that resonates.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure every product is brought to market with impact—through the right channels, at the right price, and with a narrative that truly connects.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Product to understand customer, member and patient needs and preferences.
- Develop and manage the go-to-market proposition narratives, tying the proposition to the audience needs through effective storytelling.
- Develop and embed a proposition narrative blueprint for each market-facing team to align to.
- Track and analyse the performance of the go-to-market propositions.
- Educate all front office teams around the importance of proposition definition and narrative.
- Keep the proposition narrative blueprint up to date with ongoing data & insight.
