We're on the hunt for an Events Executive to join the team and get involved in assisting the planning and delivery of events across Simplyhealth! This is a full-time position on a 10-month contract and you'll work on a wide range of events, including hospitality, charity, conferences, and more! This role will give you great exposure to the event lifecycle across a varied calendar of events.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with an Events team of 5 to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered consistently and executed well across the business.
- Administration and coordinator work, particularly to support the Senior Events Executive who you'll report into.
- Use of systems including Cvent (Event Management software).
- Liaise with both vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure each campaign and event is pulled together seamlessly.
- Hands-on support on a range of events, large and small.
- Ownership to manage smaller events, with support from your team.
About You
To be considered you must have:
- Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to have a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive the team's pooled van.
- Experience working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- Passion for events and the desire to progress your career in the Events industry.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Drive to succeed and learn at a fast pace.

For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
