We're looking for a Junior Quality Engineer to join our Digital & Technology team and help us build high-quality digital healthcare products. This is an entry point role and a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their quality or software testing career who is curious, detail-driven, and excited to learn.
You’ll work as part of a cross-functional squad alongside experienced Quality Engineers, developers and product managers. With coaching and mentoring, you’ll develop your testing skills across both manual and automated testing, gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence and capability grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting testing activities across functional and non-functional areas
- Writing and executing manual test cases with guidance
- Learning and contributing to automated testing (e.g. Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines
- Supporting regression, exploratory and functional testing
- Logging, triaging and verifying defects
- Collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand features and acceptance criteria
- Applying quality and testing fundamentals such as risk-based testing
- Actively learning modern quality practices such as shift-left, TDD and BDD
