From preventive care to comprehensive medical support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, inspiring them to make the most of their wellbeing. Added to that we’re the first health insurer in the UK to be awarded B-Corp status in recognition of our significant achievements in sustainability, in addition to our ambitious environmental and social responsibility goals.

The role

Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, the Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in enabling our sales teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience for both new and existing corporate clients. This is a varied operational role combining quote and pricing support, onboarding, renewals, and product implementation. What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and issuing accurate new business and renewal quotes within agreed timescales
  • Delivering a high‑quality onboarding experience for new corporate clients, including application management
  • Maintaining accurate client and account data in Salesforce to support reporting and smooth handovers
  • Acting as a first point of contact for operational and technical product queries
  • Supporting renewal operations, including pricing changes, system updates and progress tracking
  • Loading new products and product changes into core systems, working closely with IT, Change and Testing teams
  • Managing implementation tasks for simple product launches and supporting more complex changes with Product and NPD teams
  • Monitoring competitor activity and sharing insights to support pricing, retention and commercial decisions
  • Maintaining implementation documentation, checklists and status reporting to ensure governance and visibility
  • Collaborating across Sales, Product, Underwriting and Operations to deliver a consistent client experience

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, renewals and product implementation processes
  • Ability to work to defined procedures while applying sound judgement
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on improving processes, performance and efficiency
  • Confidence working with ambiguity, knowing when and how to raise issues
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

What’s in it for you

As well as a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:

  • Generous pension with a 6% pension gift from us
  • 36 days holiday (with the option to buy and sell a further 5 days)
  • Flexible benefits pot (which you can choose to use against some great benefits such as critical illness, private healthcare scheme, shopping vouchers and more)
  • Your own health plan
  • Access to a wellbeing hub
  • Give as you earn
